Projects to be incorporated into this unit:

1. Use Internet to find related court cases. Must contain point of law covered in class. Students will write brief summary of case.

2.Write a simple contract. Students will be allowed to choose subject for contract within reasonable limits. Check mainly to see that all elements are included, and form is correct.

Create a newspaper in Microsoft Word. All articles, editorials, etc. should relate to contract law. This is a group project. Will probably have 3 or 4 per group depending on time factor. There are two specific reasons to do this project. First, it will be an indicator of how well students took notes. Secondly, the students will be allowed to use their newspaper on the individual test over the unit.

Projects I and 3 incorporate technology into the lesson.
